Did this one for a March assignment for Scrappers Bliss. The journaling is hard to read, but here it is:
"I wish I could have told you that better days were just around the corner. You were having such a difficult time with being accepted by your friends and were feeling so unsure of yourself. It broke my heart to see you so frustrated with the way things were going in your life, and I wanted so badly to be able to convince you that it would get better as time went on. The teasing from people who claimed to be your friends, the cattiness that 6th grade girls can sometimes display, and the changes that your body was going through made everything so difficult for you. When I look at this picture of you, I wish I could have told you that although we would experience the toughest months of our lives, in the end, you would be in a better place with loving friends, a wonderful community, and a strong family that could get through anything. I wish I could have made you see that it would all be worth the wait; that things would get tough but then they would get better. You are so much happier now, and have continued to blossom into an even more beautiful young lady. I hope you can look back and smile, knowing that the best is still yet to come."
